Car Games Just Keep Getting Better

Car games have always been a staple for as long as there have been video games. There is something about racing Mario around corners and across ghost world that just thrills every kid. With the advances in 3D imagery, and the advancement of motion detection these great games are only getting better. When Mario Kart first came out, it was a basic game with average graphics and a simple controller. Now that it is available for the Wii, people can actually turn a steering wheel to drive the car.

There are so many choices for car games. The motion detecting age has brought a new way to enjoy playing video games. Another fun game for the Wii is NASCAR 2011 where you can race around the track as your favorite race car driver, and earn points as you get to the finish. There are also car games for NASCAR Go Kart racing that is just as fun, but gives you a little different angle. The game Jelly car 2 is another awesome game that can be played by adults and children alike. This platform driving game has over twenty levels of fun so you never get bored. The Wii is always coming out with fun new driving games.

With the recent release of the Kinect for the Xbox and the other game consoles sure to follow suite, it will be interesting to see how they create car games that will go well with no controllers. They have already created one game for the Kinect. It is called Kinect Joy Ride, and you actually pretend to drive a car. You can imagine the fun you can have driving an imaginary car and they will only improve Kinect car games from here. The future of car games is unsure, but you can bet that they will be awesome!
